Winner Selection: The winner(s) of the campaign will be selected through a fair and unbiased draw.
Eligibility: Participants must fulfill the following criteria to be considered eligible:
a. Participants must comply with all the requirements stated in the campaign announcement.
b. The participant must be above the age of 18 to 50 years at the time of registration.
c. Participants must be willing to be featured in the campaign, including sharing their story related to KBKB.
Rejection of Content: The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet the requirements stated in the campaign announcement or contains offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable content, including but not limited to racism, body shaming, or any other form of discrimination.
Organizers' Decision: The brand "Forever52India" retains the sole and complete discretion to determine the inclusion or exclusion of any content or participant in the campaign, including but not limited to posting videos on their official page.
Fresh Face Requirement: Participants must not have appeared in any significant modeling or brand endorsement contracts before and should be entirely new to the modeling industry.
Social Awareness Campaign: "Khoobsurat Bharat Ki Khoobsurat Betiya" is intended as a 100% social awareness campaign, aiming to empower and celebrate the achievements of women in India. Any misuse of the campaign's purpose or any attempt to use it for personal gain or inappropriate purposes will not be tolerated.
Privacy: By participating in the campaign, participants grant the organizers the right to use their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the KBKB campaign. However, personal information of the participants will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not shared with any third parties without explicit consent.
